Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service & Office Administrator. This is a key role supporting our continued growth in the Prairies and addressing current operational challenges across our national team.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for local customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare and process customer quotes Enter and track orders in our system Assist with logistics and documentation for sling inspections Support the national sales team with customer service and admin tasks Maintain an organized, welcoming office presence in Saskatoon Ensure continuity of service during staff absences

What We're Looking For:

Experience in customer service or administrative support, ideally in an industrial or service-oriented environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with a national team Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP or data entry systems
