Responsibilities and Duties
Field customers' incoming telephone enquiries Serve retail customers Process customers' orders Continuously enhance product knowledge Work as part of a customer service team Reliable & dependable attendance record
Experience/Education
Business-to-business sales experience Understand inventory and product distribution concepts Some post-secondary education
Skills
Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills Excellent communication skills Aptitude for continuous learning Strong math skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
