WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Customer Service Agent will coordinate and perform all customer order management activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and on-time delivery.

You will also:

• Answer various customer inquiries and order questions, as well as inquiries from customers, carriers, and other members of the Kruger Products team
• Manage customer orders to ensure it can be fulfilled and delivered within the requested timeframe
• Investigate and perform searches with carriers and other resources to investigate customer issues and provide solutions to correct or improve the situation

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Fully bilingual \xe2\x80\x93 French & English
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in customer service or client-facing role
• SAP experience
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Work well in a team environment
