Job Description

The art of customer service: your area of excellence! As the main point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role within our team. Thanks to your organizational skills and communication abilities, you will be essential in understanding and anticipating the needs of our B2B customers. This position will not only allow you to contribute to customer satisfaction, but also to support sales growth and increase Soucy's visibility. It's a strategic opportunity that makes you a key player in our collective success!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide and send customers quotes and all the information they need to follow up on their projects Manage various refills made to customers Support and collaborate with the sales team, particularly with the Business Development Manager Assist and support the product development team in following up on projects with customers Follow up on and manage customer orders and complaints Ensure that our manufacturing system is updated with new price lists Perform all other related tasks

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

Relevant training and/or experience in customer serviceFluency in French and English, both spoken and written Keen sense of priority management Resourcefulness and autonomy Teamwork orientation Professionalism and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure
