About the Role

We're looking for a motivated

Customer Service Specialist

to join our team. This role plays a key part in keeping our customers informed and satisfied by providing clear, friendly, and knowledgeable support.

You'll work closely with our Sales and Shipping Departments to assist customers with:

Order inquiries and ETA updates Warranty and return requests Product or fitment questions (training will be provided for this) General support via phone, email, and online channels
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys helping people solve problems.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats (Zendesk) Coordinate with Sales and Shipping to resolve order or product issues Track and follow up on open orders, warranties, and returns Maintain accurate notes and documentation within our systems Deliver a positive, professional experience in every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and attention to detail Comfort using computers and learning new software systems Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability

Bonus Points For:

Previous experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer service Interest or background in the automotive or diesel performance industry
