Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage in upselling products and services that meet customer needs, contributing to overall sales goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services offered.

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist customers effectively with their automotive concerns. Proven track record in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus, enhancing the ability to meet sales targets. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
