Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience at our dealership. A background in automotive repair or mechanical knowledge is highly desirable, as you will be interacting with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Assist customers with sales processes, including upselling products and services relevant to their automotive needs.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain automotive repair services and products to customers clearly.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and follow-up.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair setting.
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products effectively.
Basic mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is advantageous.
Experience with cash handling procedures is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
