Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Nutri-Lawn, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our eco-friendly lawn care solutions. This position is essential for building lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring they receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide information about our lawn care services and ecological solutions. Assist customers in placing orders and managing their accounts. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with data entry and basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
