Job overview : As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our valued customers and our skilled technicians. Your roll is crucial in ensuring a smooth workflow, clear communication, and an exceptional customer service experience.

Key responsibilities:

-Greet customers and assess thier vehicle concerns.

-Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance services.

-Provide accurate estimates for all parts and labor.

-Schedule appointments and manage the repair timeline.

-Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly.

- Maintain detailed records of services and transactions.

-Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications:

- Previous experiance as a service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role prefered.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Exellent organization skills a must with a strong attention to detail.

-Ability to handle multipul tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency with automotive software systems is a plus.

-Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for cars is beneficial.

-Valid drivers licence
