Campbell River Hyundai is seeking a Service Advisor to work in our busy Service Department. As a Service Advisor, you will be the customers first point of contact and be responsible for creating a great first impression
You will also guide the customer through their maintenance scheduling process and the repair of their vehicles. We are looking for a great listener and is a master at executing all the service processes with due diligence with customer service and safety in mind.
The applicant will need a keen eye for "the details"Strive to be a product knowledge expert, ensuring the dealership provides each customer with a personalized service experience.
The Service Advisor builds strong relationships with customers. Engages with the customer from the start of the appointment to the end of the appointment.
