Join the Gatestone Team for a rewarding and dynamic career! At Gatestone, we prioritize the customer experience, embodying it in everything we do. We're looking for Customer Service Agents to handle customer calls, addressing issues efficiently with empathy and understanding.
Key Accountabilities:

• Answering inbound calls pertaining to customer service and billing support.
• Accurately explaining a customer's bill, identifying an overdue balance, and answering account balance questions.
• Process credit card payments and assist with pre-authorized payment setup and modification.
• Understanding and explaining promotional offers to customers and confidently resolving disputes.
• Supporting inquiries and offering assistance with client products, services and applications.
• Offering entertainment packages and service solutions that add value to the customer and fit their unique lifestyle and financial needs.
• Escalation services to manage complaints that require a Team Leader or Supervisor to make decisions based on guidelines and procedures set out by client.
• Meet KPI targets as set by management and the client.
• Other duties as assigned.

Core Competencies & Attributes:

• Effective communication skills.
• Customer Service experience is an asset.
• Punctual, is consistently at work and on time.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Ability to navigate computer applications comfortably.
• Call center experience an asset but not a requirement.

Rate of pay; range is from 16.00 hourly to 17.20 (based on location)
Hours of operation; Monday to Saturday 6h00am to 10h00pm (EST)
