Job Description


This role is required to support the business in maintaining multiple accounts within the customer services environment on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to internal and external customers who are predominantly wearers, but also including liaising with internal departments such as Account Management; and other Line Managers. Your key areas of accountability will include maintaining a telephone service level, email service level and a webchat service level in line with current service level targets/agreement. Taking ownership of your accounts to ensure inbound customer queries are resolved as speedily and thoroughly as possible and ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately within the timescales appropriate to the delivery of excellent customer service. Meeting as a minimum the targets as set by the Business.
We require a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team.

This position is a full-time position - Hours of work: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 8.00am \xe2\x80\x93 5.00pm inclusive of one-hour lunch break.

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to the smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

Email and collate returned customer surveys
Handle and book in initial enquiries from potential customers
Produce invoicing as required
Produce job sheets / archive sheets
Processing card payments
Shop sales
General admin
Internet searches for developments and leaflet
Type letters, minutes and other documents as required
Debtor chasing
Provide full reception duties such as, greeting customers, maintaining tidiness and ambiance of reception area
Report any faults with office equipment, such as phones, photocopiers etc and ensure stocks are in place, ink cartridges etc
Ensure stock room is tidy and supplies in place, pens, paper, files etc.

Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:

PC Literate/Pref. Microsoft Office.
Enthusiastic person able to work as part of a team.
Pleasant nature with good telephone skills.
Numerate
