Distribution Company in Mississauga is looking for a Customer Service administrator to process customer orders, data entry and other administrative support duties on various accounts. Position: Full-time, Days Location: Near Dixie Rd and Meyerside Dr. Accessible by both Mississauga and Brampton public transit. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Enter orders, receive, projects, and profile/list updates. \xc2\xb7 Handle customer inquires \xc2\xb7 Release orders for projects, distributions and back orders. \xc2\xb7 Answering of customer toll-free lines. \xc2\xb7 Run systems reports. \xc2\xb7 Administrative back-up/support activities. \xc2\xb7 Back-up for Reception. \xc2\xb7 Full compliance with Health and Safety requirements. \xc2\xb7 Other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor or Account Managers. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Good administrative skills \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Computer application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and the internet). \xc2\xb7 Must be able to create and work with spreadsheets. \xc2\xb7 Professional and courteous phone manners. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $36,000.00-$38,000.00 per year Benefits:
