The Opportunity

The Customer Sales Support Coordinator serves as the critical link between customers, the sales team, and internal operations. This role is responsible for processing orders efficiently, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the sales team and operations meets its objectives. This role actively manages workflows across various internal departments to maintain organizational efficiency and adapts quickly to evolving operational demands.



Your Impact

Receive and process customer orders. Verify order accuracy, pricing, and product availability. Coordinate with the inventory and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Generate invoices, receipts, and order confirmations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist customers with order status updates, and connect them to the right salesperson for further inquiries. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers. Stay up-to-date on product features, specifications, and promotions. Collaborate with the sales team to relay customer feedback and sales leads. Communicate order status and delivery information to customers. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and orders. Assist with data entry and record-keeping. Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels; place orders as required; and arrange for servicing of office equipment Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and other paperwork Answering questions and finding information for employees, clients, and vendors

Your Experience, Skills & Education

Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations or related roles Previous experience in the Agriculture and/or Manufacturing industry is an asset Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines Strong proficiency in using computer software and ability to learn new systems Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
