Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions through clear communication and product knowledge Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience Keep abreast of current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Proven sales ability with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs Adaptability to changing priorities in a busy retail or service environment Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
