Handling inbound calls, your role will be to guide your customers through the buying process, informing them of our insurance products and related ancillary products. Your guidance allows customers to shape their policies to meet their car insurance requirements. No previous experience in insurance or call centres is required.   • In addition to your base salary, you will earn monthly performance-based incentives through achieving targets. New starters earn a guaranteed learning bonus of $300 during the first six months.
