We are looking to grow our team of Sales Representatives for our Lendcare subsidiary!

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound or take inbound calls from customers to understand their financial needs and matching them with the best solutions
• Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products by paying attention to customer needs to pinpoint sales opportunities
• Build superior customer sales experiences by engaging and influencing current or potential customers and recommending relevant products and services
• Accurately secure required information to fulfill customer applications

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in a target-driven sales environment, call center background is a plus
• A comfort level with sales quotas, with a strong desire to meet and exceed achievable targets.
• Excellent communication skills
• Eagerness to pursue new challenges and opportunities to grow within the organization.
• Ability to work fulltime (40 hours/week) in our Pickering, ON office
