We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Heartful Hands, a senior home care provider dedicated to supporting families and their loved ones.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our services which means building trust, ensuring needs are met, and creating long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a background in business development or account management, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Build meaningful relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiate agreements that are fair and beneficial for both clients and the company. Work with the marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and support marketing initiatives. Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and resolve concerns quickly. Share best practices with the team and support junior colleagues with guidance and mentoring. Listen carefully to client needs and provide customized solutions that make a difference.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer relations, account management, or business development. Strong negotiation skills with proven success in closing deals or contracts. Knowledge of B2B sales processes and marketing strategies. Comfortable working with Salesforce or another CRM system. Analytical mindset for understanding client needs and spotting trends. Leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate and support team success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $16.50-$21.00 per hour
