Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Relations Associate, you will act as the initial point of contact for new and existing customers, assisting them with questions and concerns and ensuring that every process ends seamlessly. Respond to questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate and timely information about products and services as a Customer Relations Associate. Keep track of customer interactions in full detail, ensuring customer follow-up is completed consistently. As a Customer Relations Associate, you will work directly with team members to improve customer experience and streamline practices. Assist with ongoing projects that relate to enhancing the overall customer experience as a Customer Relations Associate. Deliver personalized support and maintain positive customer relationships in every interaction as a Customer Relations Associate.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, customer relations/client relations, or similar roles is preferred, but not required, for a Customer Relations Associate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer connections. The ability to maintain multiple tasks with effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment as a Customer Relations Associate. Providing excellent service with a positive and professional attitude toward customers.

Pay: $37,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
