About the Role

Vanco Farms is looking for a Seasonal Customer Relations Assistant in our Tulip office to assist the Lead Customer Relations Coordinator with customer inquiries and orders.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding orders, deliveries, and product information. Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately in the company's system. Coordinate with the greenhouse, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain and update customer records, order histories, and communication logs. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and scheduling. Help maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration (experience in horticulture or floriculture is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM or ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively during busy seasonal periods. Ability to speak French would be considered a strong asset.
Please note: Must already be residing on Prince Edward Island.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
