Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and deliver the Novartis Pro program vision across Therapeutic Areas, including a product development roadmap, working cross-functionally with Content, PSP and Global IT teams to drive Novartis Pro portal customer service roadmap and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Partner directly with cross-functional teams, Global IT and UX/UI agencies to identify and implement key features and platform decisions in service of Novartis Pro's growth and long-term vision. This includes gathering requirements across team functions to ensure the best possible digital experience for HCPs.
  • Drive Novartis Pro Iterative Design strategy, combining consumer insights and content roadmap to yield a premium, intuitive and superior customer experience that push new levels of customer connections with Novartis
  • Turn insight into action: develop a holistic view of the customer journey for each of our products/disease areas, apply data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts
  • Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword strategies across Novartis Pro; educate the broader Marketing and Medical teams on SEO strategies and how their efforts/workstreams impact SEO
  • Ruthless prioritization to drive the highest engagement impact
  • Live and breathe a culture of experimentation and evolution
  • Operational Excellence
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, UX, design or any other related fields.
  • 5+ years' experience in eCommerce/Web management; experience utilizing digital and eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience with Drupal Content Management Systems (CMS) to create and administer a corporate/business website.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Actively following trends in tech and digital publishing to ensure website follows industry best practices in audience engagement, UX, SEO and regulatory requirements.
  • Bilingual: English and French
