KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A CUSTOMER PORTAL COORDINATOR
KWE is currently looking for a Customer Portal Coordinator who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE's vast worldwide network for a designated client base. REQUIREMENTS
Formal Academic Training in international transportation or related field of study from two-year College or technical school; and/or 3-5-year related experience and/or training.
Ability to read, analyzes, and responds to common inquiries or complains from customer, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to write speeches and articles that conform to prescribed styles and formats.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
DETAILS OF THE JOB
Provide accurate data entry and shipment tracking updates.
Take the appropriate action to rectify errors or omissions.
Provide excellence in customer service as a first place of contact with VIP clients and within our organization.
Liaise with the import / export staff, sales, and department manager to ensure timely and accurate shipment information.
Take initiative to check with carriers on shipment status.
Have a good understanding of Incoterms.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Promote a safe working environment by complying with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Report all unsafe activities to management and/or human resources.
Keep informed of regulatory changes and provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
Train junior staff and coach employees in the accurate handling of specific accounts.
Perform all other job-related duties as required by management.
