Key Responsibilities:




Customer Planning & Trade Analytics Lead the development, execution, and performance tracking of Costco's annual and promotional plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives Manage trade spend budgets, evaluating ROI to recommend data-driven adjustments to promotional strategies Create and maintain robust tracking tools and dashboards to monitor promotional effectiveness, pricing actions, and trade spend equity between Costco regions Facilitate and lead consensus meetings across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to align on multi-regional Costco programs, pricing, and promotional calendars Act as the central hub of information for Costco programs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, risks, and timelines Own the end-to-end execution of Costco initiatives, from program planning through post-event analysis, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met Lead the processing of master item agreements, promotional submissions, and retailer-specific documentation Identify roadblocks, mitigate risks, and escalate challenges proactively to leadership Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, enhancing communication flows, and leveraging data insights to improve performance Support projects such as new product launches, operational enhancements, and customer-specific innovations for Costco

Qualifications:




5+ years of experience in customer planning, trade marketing, or project management within CPG, food manufacturing, or retail channels Proven expertise in trade spend analytics, promotional ROI assessment, and budget management Familiarity with Costco or Club channel operations and documentation requirements Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build alignment across teams Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build and maintain tracking dashboards Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project

This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) out of our Richmond BC office * The base salary range will be between $95,000 - $130,000 with a bonus
