Job Role

We are seeking a

Customer Pick-Up Associate

with prior experience in the auto parts industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused individual with a solid understanding of auto parts and a strong work ethic.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers. You will provide excellent counter service, assist with counter sales, and guide walk-in customers through our online ordering process. You'll also be responsible for answering questions related to online tickets and helping customers with their orders. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to carry and lift heavy auto parts.

This is a full-time/part-time position with a variable schedule of 3 to 4 days per week, with 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and efficient counter service to customers picking up orders. Assist with counter sales and process customer payments. Educate walk-in customers on the online ordering process. Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to online tickets. Receive, organize, and prepare auto parts for customer pick-up. Safely lift, carry, and move heavy auto parts. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the auto parts industry. Strong knowledge of auto parts and vehicle systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Ability to work 10-hour shifts. Reliable and punctual.
