Job Overview



The Customer and Operations Support role is focused on helping keep our inventory and e-commerce operations running smoothly. This position plays an important part in receiving and organizing stock, assisting with product setup in the POS system and Shopify, and ensuring online orders are processed accurately. It combines customer support with strong operational assistance to help maintain clean data, organized inventory, and an efficient online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage responding to customer emails and phone calls with friendly, professional communication. Help with packing and shipping online orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Support the team with adding and updating products in the POS system and Shopify, including product details and pricing. Assist with receiving inventory, tagging products, and keeping stock organized. Assist in entering purchase orders into the POS system. Help maintain accurate data entry and support inventory tracking. Use POS systems, Shopify, and Excel to assist with online sales, reporting, and operational tasks. Relay customer feedback and observations to managers to help identify opportunities for improvement.

While experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is a bonus, it's not required, we're happy to train the right person who's motivated and has a great attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
