In this role, you\'ll be working closely with the sales team, as well as other members of the operations department. You\'ll play a pivotal role in growing our business from day 1 and you\'ll be able to continuously share your ideas with us. What\'s more? What You\'ll Do

• Execute orders special attention to detail for quality, speed, fill, communication and price to provide the best customer experience possible
• Execute cost engineering strategies and order processes to maximize order profitability and order success
• Execute logistics optimization strategies (order combination strategy and transporter price negotiations) to maximize transport profitability
• Execute best-in-class customer and wholesale nursery supplier communication, including crisis management
• Execute all order-support activities including ticket servicing, collaborating with QA interns, getting NTO information, and managing COD supplier payments
• Estimate jobs with minimal errors and optimal profits
• Estimate quotes accurately, and optimally

What You\'ll Need

• Operations & purchasing experience
• Customer management focus and ability to solve problems quickly

• Worked in estimation (a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Proven track record in surpassing targets
• Bachelor\'s degree in operations or a related field
• Written and spoken proficiency in English and French
• Experience working in horticulture (a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Willingness to help out team members
