About the Job




Customer Onboarding Specialist



MinuteBox is a cloud-based platform used by law firms, large companies, and accounting firms for entity management, corporate governance, minute book storage and workflow automation. Its innovative suite of products are used by some of Canada's largest legal departments and global professional services organizations.



The team has created the most powerful, accessible and secure legal technology available and the company is growing quickly as they continue to expand their footprint across North America.



You will play a key role in the customer journey by owning our customers "first success" of using MinuteBox. You will serve as the direct point of contact for new customers while coordinating cross functional efforts with other areas of the business for an extraordinary customer experience. On the Customer Success Team you will work closely with our Trainers, Customer Success Associates & Managers to understand business needs and maintain a positive experience for our customers.



You have the ability to multi-task and have a true passion for problem-solving and helping customers achieve their business goals. This is a critical role whose priority is to successfully onboard new customers, train users, provide consultation focused on utilization and adoption of MinuteBox. A passion for software and new technologies is also a must.



As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Customer Onboarding and work alongside the Customer Success Team, applying the strategies and solutions required to meet and exceed satisfaction of new and existing customers.



PREREQUISITES




Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently. Solid presentation skills with both a passion for and experience working with B2B SaaS products and ability to dynamically adjust communication for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to collaborate with others and work as a team to deliver meaningful results, and prioritizing group needs over individual needs High attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload, in an evolving environment. Organizational skills are an asset. Excellent Time management and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle demands and meet deadlines Proficient in MS office & Excel, Google Suites Highly self motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, rapidly changing and dynamic organization with a self-governing, roll-up-your-sleeves culture.


RESPONSIBILITIES





Own and manage the customer relationship from post-sale through a successful implementation and onboarding Work with Customer Success team on all aspects of post-sales communications with customers from answering emails and calls regarding implementation Assist in the development of onboarding documentation, project management and processes for new and existing customers Proactively drive results by assisting with a portfolio of enterprise projects, managing risks and issues, and leading projects to achieve desired goals while keeping cross functional teams accountable to business objectives Collaborate with the Product and Customer Success team to provide high-level status updates and convey and blockers to ensure seamless partnership Ensure to include all stakeholders in the project and ensure with the assistance of the Customer Success Teams that project updates and timelines are accurately communicated to our customers High attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload, with great organizational skills in managing multiple projects while following procedures Proficient in utilizing Project Management tools and synthesizing data and creating reports to align with project deadlines and metrics both internally and externally Support the reporting of various KPIs across the MinuteBox organization and help to develop measurements to understand the impact of a successful implementation. Clearly communicate and guide customers on their product journey as a trusted advisor
