We are looking for a Customer Growth Specialist with a background in sales, golf, and account management to join our Golf team. In this role you will generate new sales opportunities with existing clients / users of the Lightspeed Golf software, and solidify our reputation as the best customer experience team in the industry.

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Demonstrate and inform existing clients on software opportunities, modules and integrations.
  • Nurture and manage your pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Product Adoption Specialists to identify accounts at risk and prevent churn.
  • Conduct regular health checks with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and high NPS.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Lightspeed products and services to existing customers, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships, ensuring open lines of communication, sourcing own leads from our existing customer base.
  • Provide training and educational resources to customers to help them maximize the value of Lightspeed\'s products and services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and support, to align efforts and ensure a cohesive customer experience.

  • Engage with customers from NPS & CSAT surveys
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices
  • Conduct scope calls (when needed) pre-sale to determine customer requirements and set up needs
  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren\'t strictly within the scope of your role
What you\'ll need to bring:
  • Golf industry knowledge.
Previous experience in the customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools (Hubspot)
