What We're Looking For:



?A friendly, organized and professional Receptionist who cares about providing a great customer experience. A compassionate and patient-focused approach. ?Team players with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. ?Motivated Professionals who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong customer service orientation. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems (e.g. Jane App) and appointment scheduling software is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in Google G Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
