Whether you are just starting your career, re-entering the workforce, or looking for a new job, this is where you belong.Customer Experience Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Centre of Store \xe2\x80\x93 NOFRILLS WestThe Customer Experience Specialist, Center of Store (COS) at NOFRILLS is responsible for the delivery & execution of core divisional programs, aligning national business initiatives and ensuring the training infrastructure is present and implemented across all departments in NOFRILLS stores with a specific focus on COS.The goal of the CES is to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience in our stores by identifying any opportunities within store performance, support stores on new projects & process improvement initiatives as well as ensuring any training gaps are addressed. The Specialist will laisse with teams across the business as required with a focus on ensuring communication and execution of regional and national COS standards while sharing COS best practices across stores.A NOFRILLS CES has a passion for the business, solid operational experience and a desire to make a difference helping Franchise Owners support their employees in their development and to build accountability, drive results, & provide a positive customer experience.Accountabilities:\xc2\xb7 Subject Matter Expert on center of store (COS) (I.e. Grocery, etc) processes and programs.\xc2\xb7 Subject Matter Expert for stores related to SAP, IPFR, BOSS, Planograms maintenance, Replenishment, Receiving (BDR), Perpetual Inventory.\xc2\xb7 Support stores with product flow from receiving to point-of-sale. Ensure receiving best practices and procedures are being followed; Liaise regularly with receiving personnel, vendor resolution, DSD schedule uploads, ASN vendor review.\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities to further develop and implement improved COS retail ordering and inventory management methods.\xc2\xb7 Provide stores with the required operational direction in support of ordering and replenishment systems knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Provide input into the development, testing, revision and implementation of improved processes or standards through innovation in SAP upgrades and recommendations at reducing operating costs and improving accuracy in inventory management.\xc2\xb7 Planogram Process review \xe2\x80\x93 up-to-date and accurate, execution, compliance, LMV assortment support, assistance with assortment/NOF issues and resolution across the total store.\xc2\xb7 Reinforce the PACE disciplines for all store departments. Reinforce operating procedures and prepare and deliver additional instruction as required to build technical and operational knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Remain current on business systems technologies; their applications and risk observed in retail operations to General Managers.\xc2\xb7 Assist Franchise Owners with understanding SAP Security Protocol by ensuring their employees are appropriately loaded into the Employee Lifecycle Manager (ELM) IT system.\xc2\xb7 Franchisee liaison to daily operational SAP questions and troubleshooting to emailed/phone concerns. Detailed communication trail for stakeholders to rectify any items that require additional support.Role Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated excellence in serving our customers.\xc2\xb7 Perpetual Inventory Management experience (system knowledge of SAP Handheld, IPFR, PI Practices, Planograms, Replenishment).\xc2\xb7 Retail leadership & management experience is an asset.\xc2\xb7 Experienced in coaching, leading and motivating others.\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem solving, communication, organizational, facilitation, presentation, project management and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and decisions.\xc2\xb7 Strong team player with self-discipline and motivation to work independently.\xc2\xb7 Strong diagnostic analytical skills (Root cause analysis).\xc2\xb7 Willingness and readiness to travel.\xc2\xb7 Reflective of Loblaw Culture, Leadership Behaviours and Shared Values.Key Measures (Performance indicators):\xc2\xb7 OSAT district vs. banner \xe2\x80\x93 District Manager & Franchisee support.\xc2\xb7 District and Individual Store Performance (Focus store and Operational Process Scorecard).\xc2\xb7 Store Standards execution supporting District Manager, Franchisee & Franchise employees.\xc2\xb7 LCL Operational Dashboard (OVP Scorecard) \xe2\x80\x93 PI Accuracy, Hole Count, Manual Orders, Shop Floor Walks, Planogram Compliance.\xc2\xb7 P&L Performance \xe2\x80\x93 Sales, Shrink (scrapping), Labour Management, Controllable Expenses.\xc2\xb7 Systems Process Management \xe2\x80\x93 Service Now, ELM, SAP, IPFR, BOSS, Planograms maintenance, Replenishment, Receiving (BDR), Perpetual Inventory.Our commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
