The Customer Experience Specialist - Provides general support to Mobile Auto Solution Technicians in the effort to provide exceptional customer experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
Works on a team that receives calls, emails, and website based service requests and organizes them for technicians to complete.
Coordinates with technicians to answer technical questions for customers
Coordinates with technicians to provide quotes for services needed
Coordinates with management to resolve customer issues
Coordinates vehicle transport to and from calibration centers
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job
Experience with Google Workspace
High School diploma or GED required, additional education is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Read, write, and speak English
Use computers, computer software, email, and office equipment, including the ability to type or otherwise input data and/or characters into a computer system
Interact with people from diverse demographic backgrounds (bi-lingual is a plus)
PC knowledge is required.

Compensation Details:
Hourly:
$20 - $25 per hour
