Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to manage all stages of the order lifecycle from start to finish. The ideal candidate excels at accuracy, organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Customer Service and Order Coordination is required.

Responsibilities



Maintain open communication with customers, dealers, and sales staff to ensure high customer satisfaction Enter customer purchase orders into the 2020 system with a high level of accuracy Coordinate and manage assigned orders from start to completion Communicate order issues and provide effective resolutions Collaborate with Production to expedite orders and support special delivery requests Provide accurate freight quotes Assist with order corrections, sample requests, and warranty inquiries Support Operations and Sales teams with administrative tasks Develop strong product and process knowledge Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment Troubleshoot and resolve problems internally and externally Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications



2-3 years of experience in customer service, order coordination, or related roles Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems Experience supporting projects and coordinating logistics Furniture industry experience required; office furniture dealer or manufacturer experience is an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work irregular hours or extended shifts when required

Preferred (Assets)



Post-secondary degree or diploma Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications Experience in commercial office furniture, architecture/interior design, real estate, or construction (1-2 years) Strong customer service, coordination, and negotiation skills Ability to switch between tasks and projects without losing detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
