Overview:

Join Skylark+Owl, a leading B2C lifestyle bedding e-commerce brand, as a Customer Experience Specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless interaction at various touchpoints, including phone, email, and online chat, in addition to managing order fulfillment and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism. Oversee order checking and manage returns efficiently. Support marketing initiatives by proofreading ads, content for social media, emails, and blogs. Create visual content using Canva and email content using Klaviyo. Assist with minor updates on the Shopify store, including product page management and image uploads. Participate in quality assurance and spot-check shipping orders. Assist in photo shoot preparation.

Qualifications:

Strong computer literacy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization. Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic. Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. Personable and friendly demeanor towards clients and coworkers. Exemplary time management and teamwork abilities. Shopify and Klayvio experience is a bonus.

Requirements:

Must be based in or able to relocate to Edmonton, AB. Minimum high school education or equivalent. Ability to commute to the head office located in Edmonton, AB T5H 3P7.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Language Requirement: English proficiency is mandatory.
