Motorsports Customer Experience Sales Associate

At FFUN Group, we are offering so much more then your typical sales job.
At FFUN Motorsports, we are seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Sales Associate to join our team. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new and pre-owned motorcycles, boats, snowmobiles and ATVs. Sell the ffun and experience of Powersports!
The right candidate is someone who has a high level of commitment to the success of a team environment, yet has a spirited sense of competition to be the best. No previous sales or Powersports industry experience is necessary-we will train the right candidate!
Work week consists of 5 days that is based on a Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM-5:30 PM schedule. Saturdays required.
To succeed, we are looking for someone who:

• Loves to create the best guest experience, you proactively engage with a friendly "hello, my name is... and it would be my pleasure to help you"
• Is a relationship builder, go on... bring that positive energy of yours to answer questions, offer helpful information and above all - listen to your customers\' needs
• Sets the bar high, you pride yourself in offering high standards of service and brings along a sprinkle of healthy competition
• Have a \xe2\x80\x9cgo-getter\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, a highly motivated entrepreneurial spirit and desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
• Traditional sales folks that are cut-throat can move along from here, at FFUN, we are a team and champion one another to be their best
• Gotta have a passion for Motorsports!
