The

Customer Experience Representative

reports to the President and Regional Sales Manager; This role focuses on qualifying and tracking sales leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following up on new equipment purchases and service repairs. This position will be based in the Vernon location and is responsible for supporting all branches to achieve top level customer satisfaction. In addition, this position will provide support to our Finance and Insurance (F&I) division.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualify inquiries received from Manufacturers websites (e.g., Kubota, New Holland), via email, phone calls, Meta & Messenger and forward to the appropriate sales rep for follow up.

Track leads provided to sales reps to monitor sales conversion

Respond to OEM (e.g., Kubota, New Holland) surveys received from customers and work with operation managers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Support F&I division by following up with customer new equipment purchases to ensure satisfaction and offer value added products (e.g., extended warranties, maintenance packages, life and damage insurance).

Follow up on service repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work with Used Equipment division to remove new and used equipment from websites and social media once they are sold.

Support Vernon branch in store operations (e.g., daily cash returns, bank deposits, office supplies, mail distribution).

Other duties as required and time permits.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or College diploma in business, marketing, or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and practical experience.

5 years of minimum working experience in sales and/or marketing required.

Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills.

Excellent management writing and verbal communication skills.

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.

Strong communication skills in various platforms (email, phone, text, in-person).

Able to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions.

Confident with decision making and providing direction.

Understanding of financial reports including budgetary guidelines and expenses.

Computer literacy-Office products, Adobe, Email etiquette, PowerPoint.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

Work Conditions:

Travel is required to branch locations.

Attend and conduct meetings, training, and other events.
