POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing direct support to prospective customers who seek information on Company products and services via phone or internet. The Customer Experience Representative supports branch sales personnel by gathering information and prequalifying potential sales leads. THE ROLE
  • \xc2\xb7 Prequalify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to appropriate salesperson or department.
  • \xc2\xb7 Log, track, and communicate details of communication with customers.
  • \xc2\xb7 Follow up with leads and record sales results.
  • \xc2\xb7 Provide information by telephone, email, chat, or mail.
  • \xc2\xb7 Participate in both branch and corporate training activities.
  • \xc2\xb7 Make outbound telephone calls and answer incoming sales calls.
  • \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOW HOW & EXPERIENCE
  • \xc2\xb7 Fully Bilingual French and English.
  • \xc2\xb7 Must be proficient with computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • \xc2\xb7 Relationship building and time management skills.
  • \xc2\xb7 Self-motivation with strong problem-solving capabilities.
\xc2\xb7 Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Relevant de la directrice de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client, le Repr\xc3\xa9sentant de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client est charg\xc3\xa9 de fournir un soutien direct aux clients potentiels qui cherchent \xc3\xa0 obtenir des renseignements sur les produits et services de la soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone ou par internet. Le repr\xc3\xa9sentant de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client soutient le personnel de vente de la succursale en recueillant des renseignements et en pr\xc3\xa9qualifiant les clients potentiels.
  • \xc2\xb7 Pr\xc3\xa9s\xc3\xa9lectionner les demandes des clients et transmettre les informations sur l\'appel au vendeur ou au service appropri\xc3\xa9.
  • \xc2\xb7 Enregistrer, suivre et communiquer les d\xc3\xa9tails des communications avec les clients.
  • \xc2\xb7 Assurer le suivi des prospects et enregistrer les r\xc3\xa9sultats des ventes.
  • \xc2\xb7 Fournir des informations par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone, courriel, chat ou courrier.
  • \xc2\xb7 Participer aux activit\xc3\xa9s de formation de la succursale et de l\'entreprise.
  • \xc2\xb7 Effectuer des appels t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques sortants et r\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels de vente entrants.
  • \xc2\xb7 Effectuer d\'autres t\xc3\xa2ches selon les besoins.
SAVOIR-FAIRE ET EXP\xc3\x89RIENCE
  • \xc2\xb7 Enti\xc3\xa8rement bilingue fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais.
  • \xc2\xb7 Il faut \xc3\xaatre comp\xc3\xa9tent en informatique et avoir une connaissance pratique des programmes de Microsoft Office.
  • \xc2\xb7 Une ann\xc3\xa9e d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le est pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable.
