We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Experience Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and promote additional services or solutions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems Process transactions such as cash handling and order processing when necessary Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support strategies Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports and analyze customer feedback or trends Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles preferred Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong data entry and typing skills Outbound calling experience is desirable Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and patience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
