Key Responsibilities




Post-Service Follow-Up:

Reach out to service customers the day after their visit to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and reinforce trust in our dealership.

Survey Education:

Explain the importance of Ford's Customer Satisfaction Survey and encourage responses to help us improve and meet customer needs.

Customer Advocacy:

Act as the friendly, professional voice of Progressive Ford, ensuring each customer feels valued and appreciated.

Issue Resolution:

Identify potential concerns early and escalate them to the Service Manager to prevent negative experiences.

Documentation & Tracking:

Record each interaction, track customer feedback trends, and provide insights to the Service leadership team to drive improvements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




Service NPS (Net Promoter Score):

Contribute to the dealership's overall Service NPS results.

Survey Capture Rate:

Increase the percentage of customers who complete Ford's post-service survey.

5-Star Survey Results:

Drive the total number of perfect "5 out of 5" scores, ensuring Progressive Ford maximizes manufacturer incentives tied to survey performance.
