Key areas of responsibility The Client Experience Coordinator\xe2\x80\x99s main deliverable is administering a net promoter survey and assist in developing best practices to ensure Fully Managed (FM) clients have the best experience possible. This role involves assisting the VP of Marketing in creating strategies for customer retention and highlighting opportunities for growth with the end goal being to create raving fans of FM.
  • Administer the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scoring methodology & Net Promoter (NPS) survey and associated reporting - looking for raving fans or opportunities to improve customer relations
  • Assist with the marketing of a referral program for clients
  • Collaborate with the Account Management and Sales Teams on a trusted partner program of raving fans who refer their friends and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop customer-facing communications that would be value-adds such as webinars, learning materials, improved reporting, etc.
  • Work closely with marketing team to increase efficacy of positive online reviews
  • Assist in fostering client on-boarding and ongoing customer adoption of the FMX platform
  • Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to assist with the planning and execution of events
  • Foster a culture and process around participating or acknowledging important events for our clients
  • Other duties as required
Skill & Knowledge Requirements We\'re flexible but these are a must:
  • Ability to identify issues and implement creative and strategic solutions to overcome problems
  • Ability to identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance
  • Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies
  • Ability to remain calm and poised in urgent situations
Assets:
  • Degree in business administration, management, or a field related to the industry
