Position Overview:
Own day-to-day customer experience: maintain CRM data, handle billing/accounts receivable, respond to/assign support inquiries, and manage inbound self-serve small-business quotes and pricing questions, escalating non-standard requests to Sales.
Level: Entry-mid (1-3 years)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer experience
Manage and grow relationships with customers.
Triage/support billing and product questions; join discovery/feedback calls.
Prepare concise customer reports and presentations.
CRM & data
Maintain accurate CRM records and simple dashboards.
Track usage/engagement and flag expansion opportunities.
Billing / Accounts Receivable (AR)
Issue invoices, reconcile payments, follow up on aging AR.
Resolve billing disputes and coordinate credits/adjustments.
Inbound quotes (self-serve SMB)
Respond to inbound quote/pricing requests using approved templates.
Qualify needs; convert where appropriate.
Escalate non-standard terms to Sales.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication.
1-3 years in SaaS customer success, billing/AR, sales ops, or support (preferred).
Comfortable with CRMs and billing platforms; detail-oriented and organized.
Competent with Google Sheets/Excel.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Pipedrive (CRM), Help Scout (support), Chargebee (billing), Google Workspace.
