HIRING: Customer Experience & Digital Engagement Associate

As our Customer Experience & Digital Engagement Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and the voice of our brand online. You'll support all four of our businesses by delivering exceptional customer service and building a vibrant digital presence.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service

Respond to phone calls, emails, and social media messages to assist with bookings, inquiries, and issue resolution. Guide customers through the ticket booking process, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and bookings in our internal system.

Digital Engagement

Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and messages, responding promptly and professionally. Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas that resonate with our audience. Track and report on social media performance metrics to refine our digital strategy.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent brand message and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications



Excellent communication skills--written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools. Customer service experience is a plus. Familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools is an asset. A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
