Overview:

Element has an opportunity for a fixed term (3-6 months)

Customer Expereince Administrator

to join our growing team Calgary. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.


Responsibilities:
Submit invoices Follow up with clients on work tickets Utilize LIMS systems, customer portals and excel tools to efficiently bill customers and close contracts. Answer client calls and satisfy client requests, for a variety of items including; additional analysis, reports, invoice status, pricing, sampling status, billing, etc. Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes.

Skills / Qualifications:
Experience with invoice portals such as Open Invoice and Cortex an asset Candidate would ideally have high attention to detail with ability to spot errors, strong organizational skills, basic accounting and math skill. Experience with invoicing procedures, and computer software including Excel, Outlook, and LIMS would be an asset. High school diploma with related experience On The Job Training Required: Quality System Training, WHMIS / Safety Training, LIMS Operation Training, LIMS Modules Basic computer and accounting skills, knowledge of accounting requirements for entering clients
