Customer Engagement Specialist: Immunology Dermatology Rheumatology

Location: Atlantic (ideally Nova Scotia or New Brunswick) #LI-Remote

About the role:
As Customer Engagement Specialist, you will drive our customer interactions and sales performance in dermatology and rheumatology. You will be the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.
The role reports directly into the Dermatology Associate Sales Director and will work closely with the immunology cross-functional team.
The territory includes all provinces of Atlantic: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland.
Key responsibilities:
Gather insights on the customer\'s business to uncover what is important to them
Drive sales performance through the resourceful orchestration of positive customer experiences
Accountable for achieving agreed sales, efficiency and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales
Strategically orchestrate new indication\'s launch
Have a deep understanding of the relevant area and priority products. Maintain and improve knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers and competitors
Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers (at territory level) and challenge current behaviors in order to improve the patient journey (right patient, right time)
Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.

Minimum requirements

Essential Requirements

  • 5-7 years proven experience in sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational communication and presentation skills with a track record of working in a highly competitive environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare system
  • Sharp business acumen for taking care of and addressing issues & opportunities
  • Bachelor degree
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience in a launch
  • Experience in dermatology, rheumatology or biologics, an asset
  • English speaking is a must; French speaking is considered an asset.
