As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your day-to-day goes beyond answering questions -- you'll play a strategic role in driving sales revenue and deepening customer relationships. You'll engage directly with customers to understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell telecom solutions, and proactively manage service upgrades. Your ability to build trust, spot opportunities, and close sales will directly contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and your career growth as a Customer Engagement Specialist.

Daily Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Specialist:



Engage directly with customers and offer them tailored sales solutions based on their needs Track all customer interactions, sales activities, and requests using company software and support platforms Represent the company with professionalism, responsiveness, and a customer-first attitude in all communications Attend training sessions, meetings and client updates to stay current with all sales promotions and strategies Collaborate with fellow Customer Engagement Specialists and Sales team to achieve independent and team sales goals

Qualifications of the Customer Engagement Specialist:



Prior experience in customer engagement, customer service, or sales is an asset Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-centric approach Comfortable handling objections and turning inquiries into upsell opportunities Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Eager to learn and grow in a long term career as a Customer Engagement Specialist
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $925.00-$1,200.00 per week
