Primary Responsibilities:




Sales Focus (50%)




Foster long-term partnerships within existing accounts, identify upselling opportunities and work with internal teams to develop customized business growth strategies Work hand-in-hand with our internal teams to cultivate and develop market pipeline through various sale initiatives, develop customized sales strategies tailored to client needs Participate in internal pricing conversations; crafting of winning proposals; and the seamlessly onboard new clients




Customer Service Focus (50%)




Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services, and order status Investigate, address, resolve and follow-up on customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a positive and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or leader as needed Assist customers with placing orders and tracking order status Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the system Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in the company's database Document and report on recurring customer issues to improve overall product and service quality Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions Uphold quality standards and contribute to a positive work environment Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager


Position Requirements (Education/ Certification/ Skills/ Technical):




High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years of customer service/call center (B2B preferred) or transportation dispatch experience Experience communicating directly with customers in a variety of mediums (telephone, email, live chat) Demonstrated negotiation and relationship-building skills Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources Demonstrated sense of urgency/responsiveness when responding to customer needs and sales pipeline Able to confidently craft substantive/quality business correspondence Proficiency in MS Office Products required (Outlook, Word and Excel) Proficiency in English, bilingual in French an asset Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written Cost Per Unit/Productivity based service model, Warehouse or distribution center environment experience preferred Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
