, bilingue francais/anglais, a Montreal, pour piloter l'execution de toutes les campagnes et communications personnalisees de son client, et ainsi contribuer a la creation de valeur de sa strategique d'Engagement Client. Le pilier d'Engagement Client chez dunnhumby couvre un large eventail de services lies a l'experience client, incluant la gestion des campagnes personnalisees, les communications multicanales, la strategie digitale et le developpement de programme de loyaute.



Responsabilites:




Coordonner toutes les etapes des campagnes personnalisees, en passant de l'analyse a la production, pour en assurer une execution fluide qui respecte les delais enonces. Realiser les phases de QA des campagnes afin de garantir la bonne application des besoins et des lignes directrices exprimes ; s'assurer que tous les elements de la campagne sont presents et exacts. Creer les briefs et les documents d'execution qui vont servir a la mise en place de la campagne. Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus de travail en etant force de proposition et source d'innovation. Agir comme un fervent defenseur de la personnalisation des campagnes et des communications au sein de l'organisation, en amenant toujours la vision Customer First de dunnhumby. Etre reconnu comme l'expert de la Gestion de Campagne Personnalisee et un fort lien avec l'equipe Customer Engagement de dunnhumby.

Exigences pour ce role :




Baccalaureat dans un domaine pertinent (gestion, marketing, communication, etc.) Experience en Gestion de Campagnes, Communication, CRM, Media planning, etc. Bilingue Francais et Anglais Gestion de Projet : niveau avance Creation de brief : niveau intermediaire Qualite d'analyse and Resolution de probleme Capacite de faire parler les donnees et les tourner en recommandations business Demontrer les valeurs dunnhumby au quotidien

dunnhumby is looking for a

talented bilingual Campaign Manager in Montreal (fixed-term contract)

to contribute to the Customer Engagement strategic direction and drive the execution of all targeted one-to-one personalised communication vehicles to grow measurable value for our clients. The Customer Engagement capability covers a broad range of services including designing and delivering the end to end customer experience, multi-channel communications, digital media strategy and loyalty proposition development.



Responsibilities:




Manages and coordinates all areas of one-to-one campaigns while working effectively on analysis and production, to ensure the on-time and flawless execution of events during the entire campaign cycle. Performs pre and post-production QA to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines; reviews all assets related to campaigns to ensure they are complete and accurate. Create campaign briefs and execution documents from which a campaign can be executed and measured against. Contributes to improving ways of working by researching, leading and developing process efficiencies and innovation. Act as an advocate for personalized campaigns across the business, consistently bringing the dunnhumby Customer First strategy to life. Act as the dunnhumby expert in Campaign Management and overall Customer Engagement for the assigned client.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any relevant subject Fluent in French and English Experience in Campaign Management, Direct Communication, CRM, Retail Media, Media planning, etc. Project Management skills: Advanced Project Brief writing: Intermediate Analytical skills, data and insight understanding Problem-solving skills Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to both internal and external clients Demonstrates dunnhumby values
