About the Role





We are seeking a hands-on

Technical/Functional Project Manager

with proven subject matter expertise in

BlueConic

or comparable

Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

. You will act as the internal lead for a strategic CDP implementation project, working in close partnership with the BlueConic Professional Services Project Manager in a "two-in-the-box" model.



In this role, you will coordinate project execution, create and manage comprehensive documentation, align technical and business teams, and provide guidance on use cases and system integration to ensure successful delivery of a scalable and effective CDP solution.

Technical Requirements & Skills




5+ years of experience in digital data or marketing technology project management Proven experience working with

BlueConic

or similar CDPs (e.g.,

Segment

,

Tealium

,

Salesforce CDP

) Strong understanding of

CDP architecture

,

data integration

,

identity resolution

, and

activation use cases

Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Data Engineering, and Martech Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to produce clear, detailed documentation Familiarity with

Agile

or hybrid project management methodologies Ability to bridge functional and technical needs between business and IT stakeholders

Objectives & Deliverables




Act as co-lead alongside the BlueConic PM ("two-in-the-box" project management model) Provide internal advisory on CDP implementation, integrations, and business use cases Own and manage all project documentation (technical, functional, planning, risk, etc.) Collaborate with the Digital Data Engineer to support architecture and integration Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solution quality and alignment

Key Responsibilities




Partner with BlueConic's implementation team and Project Manager to drive delivery Serve as the internal SME on CDP strategy, features, and implementation approaches Align internal stakeholders on priorities, requirements, and success criteria Draft and maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specs, requirements, data flow diagrams, integration details, test plans, and status reports Provide guidance on best practices for CDP architecture and data flows Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams to keep the project on track

Experience specifically with

BlueConic

CDP Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset Comfortable working fully remotely in a fast-paced, international environment
