Position: Customer Coordinator
Location: Toronto - Near Yorkdale Mall (Hybrid 3 days a week)
Job Type: 6-month contract - possibility of extension and/or conversion
Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity? We\'re seeking a Customer Coordinator to join our client\'s team! Our client is an enterprise company dedicated to streamlining student fund management in schools!
The ideal candidate will possess prior administrative experience, strong customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities. As a Customer Coordinator, you will collaborate with existing vendor partners, serving as the intermediary between schools and vendors.

What You\'ll Do:

- Onboard current vendor partners as requested by schools
- Complete vendor confirmations to finish school requests
- Work with vendors and schools in a customer service/support role daily
- Constantly communicate with vendor partners on a daily basis to ensure deliveries are made and confirmations are done
- Account research and qualify potential customers to market products/services
- Engage with cross functional teams internally regarding sales, finance, operations and implementation of school/vendor programs
- Complete various administrative tasks on a daily basis
- Execute other duties and projects as assigned

What You\'ll Need:
- Exceptional customer service and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely efficient at multitasking and detail oriented
- Enjoys problem solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and computer savvy
- Keen attention to detail
- Results driven and goal oriented
