Your future responsibilities as a customer service coordinator:




Manage the email inbox and customer requests, including complex situations by email or phone, while ensuring a quick and rigorous follow-up. Produce and analyze contact center performance indicators and ensure the resolution of pending tasks. Collaborate with the sales team and support regional offices in the management of inbound calls. Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and integration of staff, and identify training needs. Plan schedules, holidays and vacations to maintain an adequate level of staff and a good work climate. Supervise team work, evaluate performance, manage conflicts, and apply disciplinary measures as necessary. Review and approve customer contact center agent timesheets and arrange follow-up meetings with the team.

What will make you our next customer service coordinator:




You have at least 2 years of experience in team management and 5 years in customer service; You know how to work under pressure and manage priorities; You are courteous and have an excellent sense of service; You have very good communication skills; You are able to make decisions quickly and accurately; You have a sense of responsibility and organization; You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; You have a good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written (English is required in order to communicate with our English-speaking clientele) (asset).
