Job Description

Product assessment to demonstrate the fitment of niche CCM product keeping in mind clients need for developing a modern Cloud ready, omnichannel communication platform while supporting the current correspondence composition / post composition unique requirements.

Assess existing business processes which needs CCM capabilities Assess platform capability, conduct fit-gap analysis Develop CCM components on the shortlisted products and execute composition process designed for Product Assessment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60.00-$62.00 per hour
